about
glover park brewery

Glover Park Brewery was born out of a longtime friendship and a desire to be a part of the resurgence of Marietta’s historic downtown. Located at 65 Atlanta Street in downtown Marietta, just two blocks south of The Square, Glover Park Brewery is the creation of friends and business partners, Hank DuPre and Sam Rambo - seventh and fourth generation Mariettans respectively.

Our founders have fond memories of growing up in Marietta and of life centered in and around the downtown city square. The name, Glover Park Brewery, comes from the historic green space in the center of the square, also known as Glover Park. They began to imagine a space in their community where folks could gather and kick back with a great selection of locally crafted beers, enjoy a game, catch up with old friends, or meet new ones. The opportunity to turn the old 1930’s era Sears building into a local brewery was one they couldn’t pass up.

With Meeting Park and other residential developments just steps away, we want to be a place where people can stroll from dinner at a nearby restaurant or after shopping at one of the many establishments on the Square to enjoy a cold beer and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. And with the upstairs space beautifully designed to host private events, we also look forward to becoming the prime destination for wedding receptions, corporate parties, reunions, and other memorable moments.

At Glover Park Brewery, our goal is to offer fresh, locally crafted beers and to become the gathering spot for beer lovers in our community. So, whether you consider yourself a craft beer connoisseur, just enjoy having a cold one with friends, or are looking for an unforgettable space for your private event- we hope you’ll come on by and stay a while.
